===================================================================================================== Exploring Paths for CTN V6 (5) ===================================================================================================== Coals to Newcastle as downloaded only has one path, hence the route as initially installed only has one starting point. To increase the number of starting points it is necessary to create additional paths. For those who want to "jump straight" into it a series of "default" paths has been created in this pack. These paths will still only allow you to start and finish at the points designated in the path. If you want to create new start or finish points you will need to create a new path. A tutorial on creating paths is available from the CTN site. ===================================================================================================== Note: In explore mode MSTS will only use the starting point indicated below. The actual path followed by the player train will depend on the "default" position of any point that it encounters along the route as the player train travels. Thus player trains may not end up at the end point nominated below. In the explore mode, (as expected in an "explore" mode) the player may change the position of any point in it's path by pressing the G (for forward travel) or 'SHIFT-G' (for reverse travel) buttons when travelling. These paths could be inserted into an activity (such as the default activity, supplied with the route) and the paths will then operate as expected.
